By accessing and using the African Intelligence Learning Management System ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes usage of the new terms.

2. User Accounts & Security

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Platform. Facilitators must provide verifiable professional credentials.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Content: The African Intelligence Platform, including its code, design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Course Content: Content created by Facilitators remains their intellectual property. By uploading content, Facilitators grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute said content to enrolled students.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
• Post content that is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of the Platform.
• Use AI tools generated on the platform to create malicious content.

5. Educational Content Disclaimer

The content provided on this Platform is for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information contained on the Platform for any purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall African Intelligence, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
